You can do so in the "Membership Tier" in the backend system. The feature allows merchants to categorize members into different tiers. Our system supports the setting of four member tiers at most.

How do customers redeem reward points?

At checkout, customers can choose to use reward points for cash. The system will automatically deduct the corresponding reward points and show the after-discount amount, allowing them to save and shop more.

Are there any additional charges for membership setup?

Membership setting is a feature available in all of our plans. Member points and cash-back features are available to merchants on the Advanced or V-Commerce All in One plan.
