查看會員積分使用記錄和餘額

步驟：

1. 登錄 Boutir 管理介面，前往「顧客」頁面，點擊「所有會員」。
2. 在「搜尋」欄位中，輸入其中一項會員詳細資訊：
   • 會員名稱
   • 電子郵件地址
   • 電話號碼
3. 在搜尋結果清單中，點擊要檢視的會員，查看其購買記錄、會員積分餘額和近期活動。

Searching for member loyalty points record and balance

Steps:

1. Login your Boutir account, go to People, click All Members.
2. In the "Search field", enter one of the following member details:
   • member name
   • email address
   • phone number
3. From the list of search results, click the member whose profile you wish to view to see their purchase history, points balance, and recent activities.

3. 在搜尋結果清單中，點擊要檢視的會員。
4. 在會員詳細信息頁面，點擊「編輯會員積分」。
5. 點擊「授予會員積分」，輸入數量，選取到期日，選填描述後點擊確認。

• Boutir會透過電郵通知會員有關更改，請先與會員溝通再執行更改。
• 積分更改會即時生效。

Issue loyalty points to a member account

Steps:

1. Login your Boutir account, go to People, click All Members.
2. In the "Search field", enter one of the following member details:
   • member name
   • email address
   • phone number
3. From the list of search results, click the member whose profile you wish to view.
4. In the member details, click edit balance.
5. Click grant points, enter the amount, select the expiration date, fill in the description (optional), and click "Confirm."

Important Note:

• Boutir will notify members of any changes via email. Please communicate with the members before making any changes.
• Point adjustments will take effect immediately.

Bulk edit loyalty points

‍

Steps:

1. Login your Boutir account, go to People, click All Members.
2. Select multiple members, then click edit balance.
3. Enter the amount of points you wish to grant or deduct, and select the expiration date, fill in the description (optional).
4. Once completed, click Confirm / Next and then Confirm.

Important Note:

• Boutir will notify members of any changes via email. Please communicate with the members before making any changes.
• Point adjustments will take effect immediately.
